The B450M Pro looks nearly identical to the B350M Pro

and the problem with both of them, is that their PCIe16x slots aren't positioned correctly for dual GPU in a mATX case.

and no, I am not even getting on about SLI/xfire/mGPU here, I just want to use 2 dual slot GPUs in my mATX system, because reasons

    Ryzen 5 2400G plus Vega 56 then?

B350/450 doesn't support bifurcating the x16 lanes into 2x8, so that doesn't really matter. Get an X470, they're only marginally more expensive.

    Is there a mATX X470?

Nothing listed on German comparison sites.
The B350M Pro4 was my mainboard of choice because of the reasonable price and dual M.2 slots (one PCIe/NVME and one SATA based). Glad to see it receive the B450 treatment almost unchanged. Didn't buy it because I was waiting for DRAM prices to lower and then it turned into waiting for the B450 for maybe better memory support and likely better Zen2 support in the future.

Some mATX cases offer 5 PCIe slots meaning they can support dual dual slot cards in this slot arrangement. :) But it is rare, yes. It is also rare to be looking to use dual dual slot cards in a B350/450 chipset board with x16/x4 speeds, so there ya go. :D

I'll use the x1 slot for another USB 3.0 card I have laying around and the x16(x4) slot might be my NVME adapter card if I need more than two M.2 drives of if I want to go two PCIe M.2 drives.

but I don't need bifurcation for my needs, I just need 2 video cards in the system.

"Like its micro-ATX siblings, the tiny B450 Gaming-ITX/ac packs two DDR4 memory slots"
B450 Pro-M (which is mATX) has 4 DDR4 memory slots (visible from the image). B450M-HDV has 2 DDR4 memory slots.

I would be much more apt to look at AsRock as a potential company to buy from, except for the fact they do not have RMA locations within Canada, sadly the only 2 that I know of that do at this point is ASUS or MSI, I would hate to ship something that should just work right off the bat across countries or across the ocean and wait weeks or months for them to "fix it" and find out that they instead just sent the same product back to you claiming "we found nothing wrong"

This is why we cant have nice things LOL.

so so looking boards, nor sure cursory glance if better or worse than other AIB/OEM for x450 based on specs alone however...still have not seen Asrock RX 5xx cards as of yet, paper launch?

Am I seeing a trend of equipping ITX boards with more than 2 fan headers? Think I've seen that quite a lot recently. If so: I wholeheartedly approve.

That ITX board is a definite candidate for my pie-in-the-sky SFF HTPC scratch build, if I ever get the time, money and tools to build it.

Were these pictures taken from a Nokia flip phone?

The phone will get replaced with a newer model when it breaks.
