My PS Plus subscription expired on the 30th. I will probably wait until seeing next month's games to renew it, and skip this month's games. I can handle a month without access to my library. I just got Freedom Wars for Vita, and GTA4 for PS3 was on sale for $4.99 so I got that as well. Those two in addition to my backlog will be plenty of games for this month.
December: Injustice PS4, Secret Poncho January: Infamous First Light, The Swapper
Though I'd suggest you watch some streams of Binding of Isaac. I've got about 50 hours in the original PC version and am glad to have it portable on the Vita in a much more polished iteration. It's an excellent if disturbing roguelike 2D twin-stick shooter.
Those are the PS4 games. The PS3 and Vita games haven't been announced.
I don't have a PS4 yet. I'm planning to buy on when Persona 5 comes out, so I can remote play it. PS Plus lets you "buy" games for platforms you don't have yet, so by the time I get a PS4, I'll already have quite a few games for it.

Also, I have Binding of Isaac already, in my Humble Bundle library (had to go look to be sure). I haven't played it; I'll check it out.jhendersontechjunkie - Wednesday, November 5, 2014 - link
