The article lists the base model as having a 60Hz display, while the table only quotes 144Hz for all the base models?
144Hz standard would make sense/be a nice touch for this category and price point, though.

We've got Intel partners releasing products with 9th gen and two different 10th gen CPUs this year. What a mess.
I guess the old parts and a 128GB SSD helped them hit this low price point.
